2. SERVER LOGS & HOSTING
When accessing this architecture, the web server automatically records technical metadata (server log files). This includes browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, timestamp of access, and IP address.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in maintaining server integrity, load balancing, and cyber security).
3. DIRECT TRANSMISSIONS & OPT-IN (BREVO)
When establishing a link via our opt-in module, the submitted information (email address, first name, last name, and selected designation) is processed for dispatching direct transmissions and structural insights. List management and automated deliveries are routed through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany).
Double Opt-In Protocol: Registrations require active confirmation via a verification email before any transmissions occur.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (Explicit consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link located in every transmission or by sending an informal notice to the contact email above.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is maintained with Brevo.
4. BOT DEFENSE (GOOGLE RECAPTCHA)
To secure the network connection from automated spam entities, this site employs Google reCAPTCHA provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This evaluates interaction parameters including IP address and dwell time.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in defending system resources against automated disruption).
5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
